The company was established in 2006 as a limited partnership under the distinctive title “Ambience Intelligent Engineering” and was activated in the field of scientific management, business intelligence and new technologies, providing high-level consulting services and developing innovative products and software solutions addressing to Greek and international market.

In April 2011, the company was renamed “Green Project” and its activities expanded to the field of Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy, specialized in technical design, implementation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems.

In June 2012, the company growth leads to the transformation of legal form to limited company, under the distinctive title “Green Project SA”, and the expansion of activities in the provision of services and innovative solutions in the field of agricultural production. In December 2014, the company was renamed to Green Projects S.A.
