Since its first establishment, Green Projects S.A. has followed a development and high-technology adoption strategy and knowledge acquisition based on continuous improvement of the offered products and services, focused on clients’ needs.

Quality is the cornerstone for achieving our objectives and it remains stable by implementing and applying a Quality Management System which complies with the international standard ISO 9001: 2008.

The main quality goal is to provide high-quality services and products which will fully meet clients’ requirements, while maintaining a high level of efficiency, namely the best results without wasting time and resources.

In order to meet this objective, the company has extensively experienced and well educated personnel, is well organized and uses advanced technology.

The Administration is committed to the implementation of the Quality Management System and the continually improvement of its efficacy. For this reason measurable targets that are reviewed annually are set and monitoring constantly in order to promptly detect divergences from the desirable result. At the same time there is also a mechanism for improvement and revision, which applies systematically or exceptionally, if significant changes occur in the structure or malfunctions during internal audits.

The staff and all the partners are aware of the quality policy and the objectives set by the Administration and are properly trained to implement the quality system. At regular intervals, internal meetings are held to examine the system’ effectiveness and to propose means for the system's improvement..
