Design and development of a complete and documented traceability and quality control system for processed agricultural and fishery products with consumer focus

Projects Overview

This project developed an integrated traceability system for processed fruits, nuts, and fish, focusing on consumer needs. It highlights Greek agricultural products’ unique traits, including origin, cultivation, processing, and nutritional profiles. Key innovations include certifying geographical origin and growing practices while linking products to specific nutritional profiles. The system also incorporates consumer feedback to enhance and tailor products for specific markets.
