Quality Policy

Since its establishment, Green Projects S.A. has pursued a strategy of development and adoption of high technology, as well as acquisition of high technology know-how based on continuous improvement of its products and services, focusing on the customer and their needs.

Our primary vision is to provide innovation and technological solutions with a focus on sustainability (sustainability-driven technology & innovation), taking into account social, environmental, and economic parameters.

Quality is the cornerstone for achieving the company’s objectives, and our policy remains consistent to the implementation and application of the Quality Management System, which complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

The main quality goal is to provide high-quality services and products which will fully meet our customers’ requirements, while maintaining a high level of efficiency, namely the best results without wasting time and resources, while constantly complying with the applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.

In order to meet this objective, the company has extensively experienced and well educated personnel, is well organized and uses advanced technology.

The Administration is committed to the implementation of the Quality Management System and to the continuous improvement of its efficiency. For this reason measurable targets that are reviewed annually are set and monitored continuously in order to promptly detect divergences from the desirable result. At the same time, there is an improvement and revision mechanism, which applies systematically or exceptionally, if significant changes occur in the structure or malfunctions during internal audits.

Green Projects’ administration acknowledges that businesses face a variety of threatening factors, and has therefore identified these threats and opportunities and assessed their impact on the company. It has also documented the actions required to address threats, as well as the measures necessary to utilize opportunities.

The company’s staff and all its associates are aware of the quality policy and the objectives set by the administration, and are properly trained to implement the quality system. At regular intervals, internal meetings are held to examine the system’ effectiveness and to propose means for the system’s improvement..

Last but not least, the company recognizes the challenges of climate change and the importance of sustainable resource management. The management is committed to implementing sustainable practices, reducing the company’s environmental footprint, and adapting our production processes to ensure the safety of our products under the new conditions.

Security Policy

Green Projects continuously strengthens its position and increases its prestige, responds to challenges and moves positively and efficiently in the demanding and difficult environment of the sector of the provision of IT services and the provision of technical services.

The company, based on its experience and know-how, aims to continuously expand the offered consulting services and the provision of technical support services in the Public Sector by experienced and specialized personnel, always focusing on the quality, safety and full satisfaction of the needs and requirements of its customers.

Green Projects has installed an Information Security & Personal Data Management System that complies with ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 27701:2019 and is committed to:

  • The satisfaction of its customers, through the provision of high quality according to their requirements.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information that is processed, handled, kept electronically or physically by the company’s personnel and information systems.

  • Compliance with the requirements of Greek and European Legislation in matters of personal data management, privacy of communications, copyright etc.

It is important for Green Projects to have the required resources to support the Information Security & Personal Data Management System and ensure the necessary knowledge of its staff in information security matters, leveraging their skills and abilities.

It fully recognizes the objectives of the Information & Personal Data Security Management System and supports their implementation.
