This project aims to develop a comprehensive traceability system for fresh vegetables in international markets. By systematizing the tracking process across the entire supply chain, it facilitates B2B operations and enhances transparency from cultivation to retail.

Objectives:

• Enable full traceability of fresh vegetables, ensuring retrospective tracking from farm to shelf.
• Support food safety by providing complete monitoring and documentation.
• Implement control mechanisms for identifying and addressing safety issues.
• Promote Greek fresh produce by highlighting origin, cultivation methods, storage, transportation conditions, and nutritional value.
